Benefits Advice
North East Derbyshire Citizens Advice Bureau can advise you if you are unsure about your entitlement to benefits.
We can help with unemployment benefits and income support, housing benefits and the social fund, disability benefit and incapacity benefit and jobseekers allowance.
We can give practical help by helping you to work out your entitlement to benefits, help you fill in the appropriate forms, write review and appeal letters.
If necessary we can represent you at social security tribunals. We can take your case to the commissioners, if appropriate.
If you require immediate or basic information, try the CAB services' website Adviceguide. If you do not live in North East Derbyshire, see Citizens Advice or the Community Legal Service for bureaus and agencies in your area.
