Family Liaison Advice Worker

North East Derbyshire Citizens Advice Bureau, through funding from the Children's Fund, offers an advice service to the families of North East Derbyshire and Bolsover District. We are able to offer help in the following areas:

We offer a signpost and referral service to other organisations for clients with specific needs outside our expertise.

One of our targets is to raise awareness of the benefits that families can claim, including Tax Credits and Sure Start Maternity Grants.

The family advice liaison worker is based at (but independent of) Bolsover Social Services Area Office.

We can also carry out Home Visits where appropriate.

Whatever you tell us is dealt with in the strictest of confidence. Our advice is given professionally by fully trained voluntary and paid staff.
