Our Children and Family Service Project was successfully launched on 27th March 2003 at the Winding Wheel, Chesterfield.

Prizes were awarded to the winners of our poster competition by Chris Bates, Bureau Development Manager, Citizens Advice.

These entries have now been made into posters advertising the service.

We did receive a large number of entries and it is proposed that these will be on show around the libraries in the area. After that the paintings will be used in a number of venues on public display. Many thanks to everyone who took part.

We also launched this web site together with the local information database. We hope to include local groups, organisations, self help groups etc. - if you know someone who should be included please let us know.

The event was also a great opportunity to network with a number of family orientated organisations having displays and others sending representatives.
