To A Credit Card Company Concerning Joint Liability

A credit card company will only have responsibility for problems with goods if the goods cost £100 or more. However, the amount you paid on your credit card does not have to be £100 or more.

Please remember that you must keep making any payments to the credit card company. The fact that you have problems with your goods does not entitle you to stop paying.
