On 6th April 2006, North East Derbyshire CAB launched their new Triage Telephone Service at Bainbridge Hall, Carr Vale.

The line will be open from 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday, where trained advisors will take your call and decide upon the best course of action for your query.

We will endeavour to keep calls to a maximum of 5 minutes

Immediate advice over the phone if appropriate
Advice following some research and call back
Referred to our specialist debt or welfare benefits teams
Immediate signposting
Referral to a district caseworker for appointment
Referral to a specialist third party
